  1. Hello Mangala,

As usual this looks like it belongs on Top Chef! I have a question though - instead of using cauliflower florets, what about brocoli? You know, they say brocoli and cauliflower and brother and sister.

Also, can I double the amount of fenugreek? I have a lot left over from making dosas

  2. Mouthwatering and easy to make ;) Seasons Greetings ;)

  3. Very homely dish... Makes any meal a welcome treat..:))

  4. @Anonymous: You can definitely substitute cauliflower w/ broccoli(I know quite a few people who just cannot stand it, something to keep in mind if you are having guests over)
I have used broccoli in pilafs in the past and have liked it.

@Prathima, @Reva: Happy X'mas and a New Year to you too! I know this recipe is so easy-breezy and tastes so good!

  5. Dish has a lovely texture and aromatic too. Mangala, would love to try it out soon. Happy New Year and Happy blogging too, will be back in action on my blog in a week's time.
